New York Family Sports, an offshoot of the successful New York Family Magazine, was created as:
1. A destination for parents to obtain information on how to get their children involved in Sports and, 2. A forum that enables kids and parents to share and amplify the fun they%u2019re having with sports in a thousand different ways.
The website, which will contain aggregated resources from throughout the city, will also be a community billboard for families to share their experiences with each other on a multimedia platform through stories, pictures, and video.
