I don't like drinking water, and suggestions on alternatives for an athlete?

Is it normal to feel pain in my ankles and knees while playing sports?

I love soccer and I play it all the time, year round. But sometimes my ankle and knee hurts just a little bit, but I keep on playing and forget it since I don’t want to let my teammates down.
